Terms of Self Employed …………………………….. Or Umbrella Services………………………………………… 

  You Must inform Nationwide every Friday of your availability for work the following week,

  We will endeavour to give you work within your availability period.

  You agree to work on a Self employed basis or Umbrella services.

  You are aware that you are responsible for paying government taxes on Self employed -

Umbrella services will make the relevant deductions.

  You must complete a Nationwide Timesheet and have this signed by the client / clients each

week and email , fax or post to Nationwide by 10.00 every Monday ( failure to do so will

result in a delayed payment / or loss of payment)

  Our pay period runs from Saturday to 00.00 Friday one week in arrears.

  You are required to wear either Black or Navy work wear, trousers and shirt / polo shirt.

  You must wear safety boots and a Nationwide Hi Viz vest at all times when on site.

  You must ensure you download your digicard at the end of each shift / working week

according to your place / places of work.

  In the event of sickness and you are booked for work, you must notify Nationwide with at

least three hours notice, this must be a telephone call to Head Office 01132 760330 ( text

messages will not be accepted for sickness)  You will be deducted £1.00 per shift worked for Driver Negligence Insurance, to cover any

damages for claims under £250.00

  You will not approach the client to work directly on a self employed basis, any breach will

result in loss of work.

  Infringements must be taken seriously and signed off when requested by the client.

  You must inform us immediately if any changes occur to your licence.

  All accidents must be reported with 24 hours.

Terms can be changed without prior notice
