SAP Best Practices S59 Demand Planning for Product Allocation: Configuration Guide

1 Preparation

The building block Demand Planning for Product Allocation contains the configuration activities that enable planners to forecast dependent requirements in the SAP APO system.

1.1 PrerequisitesBefore starting the installation, make sure you have successfully set up the relevant sections of the Connectivity and Replication building blocks.

To execute forecasts in the SAP APO system, historical sales data is required. Within this building block, we provide the settings for loading the historical data from an Excel file.

1.2 SAP Notes Building Block Demand Planning for Product Allocation

Currently no SAP Note is required for this building block.
