32 bits or 64 bits?

• If you want to install SaaS ETL on a 64-bit computer, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you need to install the 64-bit version of SaaS ETL.

• The 64bit version is able to see only those DSNs created with an 64-bit ODBC driver. If you have an ERP with an ODBC driver that is available only in 32-bit, then you need to install the 32-bit version of SaaS ETL even if your server is 64-bit.

• Only use the 64-bit version if you have a 64-bit ODBC driver for your ERP.

Common Errors / Issues

• If you are unable to see the text over the buttons in the SaaS ETL, it means you installed the software with a non-administrator user.

• To fix this, just right click on the SaaS ETL and select “run as different user” and use the admin account. Once you see the text over the buttons, you can close the SaaS ETL and use the regular user.
