Supports China Managing Director in all matters related to the strategic business development and ensures an up-to-date Distribution Master Plan.

Searches and evaluates for new locations according to the local distribution strategy and manages a network of real estate landlords or other relevant contacts.

Develops retailer/partner recruitment and evaluation criteria

Works closely with Legal team to ensure proper contracts are in place with landlords and retailers of each location.

Ensures installation of architecture is according to company guidelines & standards. (2011.6 to 2014.6)

Manage overall construction budget and rollout of new architecture. (2011.6 to 2014.6)

DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT

Works out proposals and presentations for China MD in order to support the elaboration of the distribution strategy.

Keeps the Distribution Master Plan up-to-date and provides central/regional department with information regarding new targets and the progress of the distribution development.

Prepares and puts together relevant information about the local market in terms of distribution and retail environment aspects and benchmarks.

LOCATION EVALUATION

Builds up and maintains good relationship with landlords; be the contact person for new opportunities of both direct retail and independent retail development.

Refers available locations to Sales team for further discussion and negotiation with landlords.

Evaluates available locations from a location perspective.

Prepares and submits the full business plan (Store Evaluation Plan) in cooperation with the local Sales team and MD and submit global for final approval.

My landlord resources are focus on Hanglung Properties, Sun Hung Kai Property, Swire Properties, HK Wharf, Capital Land Retail, Shui On Property, China Resources (Mix City), Joy City, Wangfujing Group, Bailian Group, INTIME, Golden Eagle, Charter, RDM, In City, SOGO, PARKSON, Hong Kong New World, Maoye Group, Wanda Property, Shenzhen Haiya, etc.

Also keep close relationship with global top retail agent companies, such as Savills, CB Richard Ellis, JONES LANG LASALLE, DTZ, CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD, Colliers and TCBL.

I am in charge of a team with 3 persons, open 30 new stores and refurbish and relocate over 30 stores each year.

RETAIL OPERATION (2016.11-NOW)

1. Setting and achieving the retail sales budget as well as KPI result, LFL sales increase.

2. KPI focus especially conversion and PPT in order to achieve sales target or maximize

the sales result.

3. Implementing well in regarding VM, Training, Promotion, Events & etc in China.

4. Close communicate with merchandising team to keep balance of the sales and the

inventory level of the shops to ensure achieve budget.

5. Monitor and evaluate the expenses of all the resources of shops. Ensure the retail

shops daily operation running smoothly, control the shops expenses to increase profit,

meanwhile reduce stock discrepancy.

6. Recruit, train up, relocate, promote, and terminate the retail staffs to get the right

person in the right place at the right time.

7. Handle complaints and problems of clients and keep balance of satisfaction between

end customer & company.

Managers.
