Stroller StridesA national fitness program for moms with their babies. Join us in an outdoor park settingas certified instructors show you how to use resistance tubing and the stroller to get an all-over body workout in 60 minutes. A free make-up kit is provided.This class will focus on all theways you can look good andfeel your best during yourcancer journey – wigs, hats,scarves, make-up, clothing,skin and nail changes, nutrition,exercise, coping tips, etc.
