Project Title : Early Stage Collections through Telecalling

Brief:

Tele calling on early stage delinquent cases of SBI Home Loan and Car Loan to avoid the further delinquency in IRAC-1 and IRAC-

2 and to control the NPA as well. The project involved a systematic examination and evaluation of our business partner SBI. The aim of the project was to study SBI Home loan and car loan delinquency, appraise its performance and make recommendations

for future actions.

The project aims at bulk sourcing of highly profitable product Platinum credit card to all 4700 Golf Course Member’s and the

launch of top variant SBI signature card.

Brief: The project aims at bulk Sourcing of Platinum & Titanium card to 8000 Maruti Suzuki India Ltd employee’s across all plants

through our business partner State Bank of Travancore.
