This invaluable and comprehensive course contains important content, aligned to the requirements of the South African and international construction industries. The masterclass will focus on key components of construction health and safety (H&S), such as the role of CHS in tender submissions and cost estimations; controlling employee wellness in the construction environment; accurate HIRA programmes and controls, and site or camp-establishment risk. Encompassed in section covering the role of CHS in tender submissions and cost estimations are six phases, namely planning; design; tender; contract; construction, and evaluation. About the Master Class: Founded in 1868 and with over 180,000 students, trainees and members worldwide, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is the oldest and largest professional organisation for the international land, property, construction and related sectors. RICS is incorporated in South Africa with offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town. RICS, through its Dispute Resolution Service (DRS), has provided ADR services for over 35 years and has made more than 200,000 dispute resolution appointments. DRS appoints arbitrators, independent experts, adjudicators, mediators and other dispute resolvers in around 3,500 cases per annum in the current market.
