Special music arrangements will be provided to your band free of charge. Free admission to the game for all band members, director, bus drivers,
staff and up to five chaperones.

Preliminary Schedule 12:30pm arrive at Sac State, Parking Lot 10 1:00pm full ensemble rehearsal in stadium 2:30pm break/dinner/change into uniforms (groups are welcome to bring their own dinner– there are limited food concessions on campus on Saturday, but there will be concessions at the game) 5:15 pm move into stadium 6:05 pm kickoff 7:30 pm halftime, all bands perform together with Sac State high school bands may stay for the entire game, or depart after halftime
