Please read through our information for weddings here and start planning

Location

Our beautiful location is directly located

behind our amazing Golf Course in the

wonderful town of Firestone, Co. From I-

25, take exit 235 (Hwy 119) and head

east for 3 miles. Take a right (south) on

Frontier (County rd. 15) for 2 miles

where you will see the Clubhouse and

Pavilion parking lot.

Event Hours

Saddleback offers our facilities to you

and your party at many accommodating

times for your special day. We allow

rehearsal on site one to three nights

before your event. We also allow event

hours to begin at flexible times. Our

event hours end at 11pm.

On-Site Rental

Saddleback facilities are available for

ceremonies, receptions or both!

Because of the unique and natural

scenery, our venue requires the least

amount of décor with the highest

amount of value. We also have many

other site additions (set-up/take-

down, in-house Mic system, etc.) to

accommodate your needs. Please see

for more information and pricing.

Décor

Saddleback recommends limiting your decorations to enjoy the natural

scenery. Real flower petals and bubbles are allowed at the ceremony site but

not indoors. Ask your wedding coordinator for more details about

decorations.

Deposit and Payment

A deposit for the ceremony and/or reception is due the same day you

decide to book your event. The deposit is half of the reception fee. Final

payment is due 2 weeks before your wedding date.

Alcoholic Beverages

We pride ourselves on having the most divine

and unique tastes with our beverages. If you

decide on a non-alcoholic beverage wedding,

we have specialty drinks for replacement, to

partner the eloquence of your event. Persons

with a valid ID and are 21 or over will be

allowed to drink on the premises. See our

information.

Here at Saddleback, we are proud to offer the best quality and service with our food and beverages.

With the unlimited amount of choices from our menu or a customized menu, we have the ability to

make your food delicious and memorable. All catering is done in house and a final menu decisions are

due 2 weeks before your wedding date.

Ceremony Packages

Imagine saying your vows surrounded by an award-winning golf course with the

beautiful Rocky Mountains as your backdrop. The ceremony site has a large gazebo

that is beautifully landscaped and has a spectacular water feature. Saddleback is the

perfect site to make your Colorado wedding truly unforgettable.

Our Ceremony Packages include:

One hour ceremony time, White Wedding Chairs, set-up and tear-down, golf traffic

control, golf carts for on-course photos, one hour un-staffed rehearsal (evening 1-

3 days before wedding)

Reception and Event Pavilion

The Pavilion at Saddleback

The Pavilion at Saddleback is a private facility featuring floor to ceiling glass walls that can be

fully opened or closed to transform your wedding from outdoor to indoor in minutes; allowing

you to enjoy Colorado weather while being protected from unpredictability. The glass doors can

be closed for a perfect candle light winter wedding or opened for a beautiful Colorado day. The

pavilion comfortably seats 160 guests. Our unique venue, cheerful staff, and western hospitality

have made us a top choice for brides & grooms seeking a charming, rustic, and elegant Colorado

wedding.

Catering

Saddleback is proud to provide a wide variety of options

for you – from classic & affordable to exotic & expensive!

Many couples host a cocktail hour either before or after

their ceremony. We have appetizer selections with either

hand-served or buffet-served appetizers to make your

event extravagant and memorable.

There are many options for catering – including plated or

buffet-style meals. We host complimentary quarterly

tastings for you to come and try the selections on the

menu.

If our standard catering options are not what you’re

looking for, our chef will be glad to customize a menu for

you. Your options are limited only by your imagination

and your budget! We do not allow any outside catering or

beverages.

There will also be a complimentary meal for the bride and

groom (from our menu) to take home after the reception.

The order will be taken upon your request and ready to

go when you leave.

18% Gratuity and 5.9% Sales Tax will be added to all orders. Desserts served with

To be able to completely fulfill your dream day, we want your wishes and

guests to be happy by offering as much accommodation as possible. Our

packages offer a wide variety of delicious drinks and can be custom made at

any request. Only persons 21 and over and have a valid ID shall be served

alcoholic beverages.

Policies and Procedures

❖ Saddleback recommends limiting your decorations to enjoy the natural scenery. Real

flower petals and bubbles are allowed at the ceremony site but not indoors. All other

décor questions are subject for negotiation with your event planner.

❖ Bride and groom are responsible for the behavior of their guests and condition of the

building. We want everyone to have an enjoyable time while staying safe and satisfied.

❖ The wedding party may use the ceremony area in order to practice the function of their

ceremony. Please understand that the rehearsal is not staffed and the Pavilion is locked

at this time. Rehearsal is not golf traffic controlled.

❖ Linens are included in the décor package. Saddleback also offers upgraded options for

linens. Table runners are completely welcomed items to bring for décor.

❖ All outside vendors (DJ/Photographer/Cake/Pastor/etc.) are at the responsibility of

the wedding party.

❖ Saddleback is not responsible for any items left on the grounds or in the building.

❖ All leftover/left food will be kept by Saddleback, with the exception of the

complimentary meals for the bride and groom.

❖ No outside food or beverage is allowed. Per Colorado Liquor Authority, no outside

alcohol is allowed on the premises.

❖ At your two-week walk-through make sure you have:

o Your final guests count.

o A list of all your vendors with contact info and arrival times.

o Decision on table linens.

o Final payment-We do not hold checks so you must have final payment at your 2 week walk

through.

o $500.00 Damage Deposit. Deposit will be refunded within 10 days of the event if there is

no damage and no outside alcohol was brought on.

Event Enhancements

Saddleback Golf Club offers may things to make your event more

memorable, fun and comfortable. You may add any of these items to

our affordable packages. Special requests are welcomed; if you

would like something that is not on this list, ask us for pricing.
