This journey of the ver�cally integrated Company started four decades ago, from a small broiler farm, by its Founder & Chairman, Dr. Muhammad Sadiq. SB Broiler Hatching EggsHatchable eggs are obtained from healthy parent flocks free from diseases. Rou�ne health monitoring of the Parent Flocks is conducted through pre-defined and especially designed lab sampling and inves�ga�on techniques. These export quality hatching eggs are then transported in company operated env i ronment controlled vehicles to SB hatcheries, for grading through Fully Automa�c Moba Robo�cs Egg Grading Machines. Therefrom, these Hatchable Eggs are either set in incubators or packed for Exports, with the help of automa�c packing and sealing plant.

SB Broiler Chicks are obtained from the Eggs laid by the healthy parent flocks of different breeds i.e. Hubbard, Cobb, Arbor Acres and Ross. Yearly Breeder placements exceed 1.5 million parents female in 21 most modern breeding farms with state-of-the-art facili�es. Latest farms are equipped with environmentally controlled systems like SKOV, drinking and fogging systems from Lubing & Ziggity, Fans from Munters and chore-�me.

These Breeding farms that produce the Hatchable Eggs for Day Old Broiler Chicks, are managed most efficiently by highly trained and experienced staff and monitored with well equipped SB lab.SB parent flock farms are located in ideal places from clima�c, hygienic, isola�on and bio-security point of view.

SB Day Old Broiler Chicks

The Hatchable Eggs obtained from Healthy parent stock are transported to SB Hatcheries in company maintained environment controlled vehicles. At the SB Hatcheries, these Hatchable Eggs undergo a strict grading and selec�on procedure, all done with automa�c Moba Egg Grading Robo�c. The incuba�on process is proceed in state of the art single stage machines from Chick Master, all linked & managed through a central control and command system. The Baby Broiler Chicks are ac�ve and healthy at hatching, free from diseases like Mycoplasma, Salmonella and Avian Influenza. The average weight at Hatching is around 40 grams, depending on the Egg Size and age of the Breeding Flock. The naval is fully healed and the chicks score the Maximum marks on quality parameter evalua�on.

Sadiq Poultry produces more than 3100 Boxes (of 360 Hatching Eggs) per day. Presently, we are expor�ng in the name of Sadiq Poultry (Pvt.) Ltd. and Arslan Poultry (Pvt.) Ltd.

More recently, Hatching Eggs shipments have been dispatched to Kuwait, Oman and other Gulf Coordina�on Council GCC Countries. Best quality hatching eggs are available, from all major 4 breeds, including Ross-308, Cobb-500, Hubbard Classic and Arbor Acres.

Amid high demand of SB Chicks within the country, Sadiq Poultry can allocate around 5-10 Thousand boxes of Hatching Egg per month, for GCC and neighboring region. These Hatchable Eggs are graded by MOBA Robo�cs Egg Grading Machines, that have the ability to trace hairline cracks, internal blood clot and other deformi�es that are nonvisible through an ordinary rou�ne inspec�on by a human eye.

SB Feeds

SB Feeds is currently running two produc�on facili�es, at Mandra and Sahiwal, covering the southern & the northern parts of the country, with a cumula�ve produc�on capacity of over 225 matric ton per hour. These produc�on units are equipped with modern hi-tech pellet lines from Buhler, Switzerland.

Feed formula�on is computer-controlled using Brill feed management so�ware, and is programmed by highly qualified and experienced nutri�onists. To ensure highest quality feed, the company maintains well established R&D facili�es and employed specialist staff headed by experienced and competent managers holding Doctorate degrees in nutri�on.

At SB Feeds, a complete range & grade of mash and pallet feed, with over 40 different formula�ons including High Density (HD Feed) are offered to the poultry industry, including any special treatment or special medica�on, on request.

SB Ca�le Feed (under the brand name of SB Wanda) has proven the best ca�le feed for milk and fa�ening purpose. Recent experiments have shown over 15% increase in milk produc�on when compared to normal silage.

SB Pharma

SB Pharma, manufactures and sells veterinary medicines within the country and abroad. Products include Feed Premixes, An�bacterial, Oral solu�ons, Powders, Injectables and suppor�ve therapeu�cs.Raw material for these products is imported from world renowned companies like Roche (Switzerland), Degussa (Germany), Merial (France), ICN (USA) and Elanco.To ensure quality, there are fully equipped Quality Control & Assurance Departments, that facilitate quality control analysis, pre and post product evalua�on at syruping, powdering, granula�on, fluid drying, deioniza�on, steriliza�on, sealing, packing and labeling through ultraviolet photo spectrometry, HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), Thin Layer Chromatography and �tra�on tests for all i n g r e d i e n t s & r a w m a t e r i a l u s e d i n t h e pharmaceu�cals.

SB Pharma also has the facility of Research and Development for exis�ng and new products. Through exceling in technique and technology, it has brought a whole new dimension to quality products and has given a great impetus to Pharmaceu�cal services.

The Eggs are laid on conveyor belts and are graded with automa�c MOBA Egg Grading ROBOTICS. The slightest of deformity or hairline cracked is marked by the intricate cameras of the machines and any blood clot inside the egg is marked and such Eggs are taken out in rejec�on.

At SB Eggs, we monitor the flocks and Egg products against Salmonella and we humbly

claim to be in compliance with the interna�onally defined standards in this regards. As noted above, SB Eggs has built up the facility to maintain over 2 million laying birds flocks, in produc�on. Rearing & produc�on opera�ons are proceeded in separate facili�es, dedicated for the purpose. Based on quality & comfort of the laying hens, capacious welfare cap�ve housing systems

are selected. Latest equipments of the world renown companies such as big Dutchman, Chore-�me and Salmet have been installed, origina�ng from USA & Germany. With a huge investment, state of the art latest food grade egg grader from MOBA have also been installed, to retain the quality of the egg, from farm to the fork. SB eggs are unsoiled, clean and germs-free with an op�onal for�fica�on with vitamins and omega three to further add pure goodness and health.

SB Table EggsSB Table Eggs Produc�on Units are ISO:22000 FSMS and HACCP cer�fied fac i l i�es in compl iance with interna�onal Food Safety Standards. The Laying birds are reared on specially dedicated rearing houses, in a very healthy environment where they are properly vaccinated against all major poultry disease. At the produc�on units, the Eggs come on clean conveyor belts, just a�er the laying, with zero likelihood for contamina�on of dirt or feacal material. Each Egg is traceable with a batch code & best before date, automa�cally printed on it, with Food Grade ink.

The eggs are moved to a centrally controlled Egg Porcessing Unit, where state of the art Automa�c MOBA Egg Grading Robo�cs are installed. The Eggs are Examined by automa�c machines, through cameras and scanners for Dirt contamina�on, Dust Contamina�on, Feacal Material, Cracks, Deformity, Inside Clot and other issues. The interna�onal quality packing would be Corrugated Fiber Board, with an inner coa�ng for water proofing.

With a strict Quality Control & assurance system in place and to ensure quality & reliability, from the farm to the fork, every single egg is examined and checked for cracks, size and uniformity. For transporta�on, SB eggs has a specially designed company fleet, that comprises fully insulated & environment controlled trucks to transport fresh eggs daily, from farms to company outlets and leading retail stores & to the Air ports for exports through effec�ve distribu�on network.
