Conventional conveyor belt scra-pers – even those featuring asegment-type design – providea serious disadvantage: They areeither not able to sufficiently adaptto the various degrees of wear acrossthe belt width or they reach thisfunction using mechanical compon-ents that are exposed to extremecontamination by the conveyedmaterial which means they do notoperate with the sufficient operatio-nal reliability.

Our patented torsion-tensioningdevice offers unique user friendliness:Thanks to the pre-tensioning dialthe actual pre-tensioning force canbe seen any time. Once it falls belowthe desired setting, simply use thespanner supplied on the device andtwist the pre-tensioning nut a fewdegrees until the pre-tensioning dialdisplays the correct setting. All blade bases feature machined bladepockets for toolless blade assemblyand replacement and a galvanisedsurface for corrosion resistance.

Blade base extensions and adapters.For wider spans or special structuresblade bases can either be customi-sed or standard blade bases can beused with base extensions. Thismeans the cleaner can be "custom-assembled" from a range of stan-dard components and withoutdelaying deliveries due to custombuilds.
