Please note that SafeEntry Gateway Box (SEGW Box):

● Should only be requested for manned public-facing entrances/exits.

● Should only be deployed at the venue the Box is tagged to.

● Should not be deployed at venues required to implement SafeEntry

restrictions e.g. AccessCode, CMP sector restrictions.

Request for SafeEntry Gateway BoxStep 1: Log in to your SafeEntry business account at https://safeentry.gov.sg/logins/new

1.1) Find Log in details

1.2) Enter details and click “Log in”

You can retrieve your login details using 1 of these methods:

- Look in the email titled “Account approved! Welcome to SafeEntry”. This was sent when your account was set up.

- Click on this link and follow the instructions.

Request for SafeEntry Gateway BoxStep 2: Enter One-Time Pin (OTP) sent to your business email.

2.1) Enter OTP and click “Submit” 2.2) Click “Resend

OTP” if you did not receive a OTP

3.1) Click on “SafeEntry Gateway”

For venue(s) required to enable SafeEntry restriction check(s): please use the SafeEntry Gateway App instead.

For venue(s) not required to enable SafeEntry restriction check(s): disable the restriction check(s) before requesting.

Click on “Apply for SafeEntry Gateway Box”

Note:Only eligible businesses can access this page.

Request for SafeEntry Gateway BoxStep 5: Key in the requester’s details

Key in Requester’s Name, Contact number and email. Request status updates will be sent to the Requester’s email.

Request for SafeEntry Gateway BoxStep 6: Choose if you want the Gateways delivered to 1 address OR separate addresses.

6.1) If you prefer to have SEGW Box sent to 1 address: select “Send all to 1 address”(see subsequent steps here)

6.2) If you prefer to have SEGW Box sent to the respective venues: select “Send to each venue”(see subsequent steps here)

Note: Each SafeEntry Gateway Box should only be deployed at the venue the Box is tagged to.

Deliver SafeEntry Gateway Box to 1 address

If you prefer to have the SEGW Box sent to the respective venues, see these steps

Request for SafeEntry Gateway Box - send to 1 addressStep 7: Indicate delivery address and recipient details

7.1) Key in delivery address.(If your delivery address does not have a unit number, leave the “unit number” field blank)

7.2) Key in Recipient details. The delivery status updates will be sent to the Requester and Recipient’s email.

8.1) To request SEGW Box for this venue, check this box.

Request for SafeEntry Gateway Box - send to 1 addressStep 8b: Indicate the quantity of SEGW Box required for each venue

Quantity of check-in/check-out Box the venue is eligible for.

8.2) Indicate quantity required. 1 Box will be allocated for each entrance/exit.

Note: Only selected businesses are eligible to request SEGW Box for exits (check-outs).

9.1) Go through the page until the end of the list to complete requests for public-facing venues.

9.2) Click on “Submit” when you have filled in the request details.

10.1) Click on “Yes, I agree” if you agree with the Terms & Conditions. This is required before the request can be submitted.

What’s Next?

An email acknowledging the request submission will be sent to the Requester’s email address.

Note:

Once you have requested for the maximum number of SEGW Boxes for a venue, you will no longer be able to request more boxes for the venue in this portal.

If a venue needs more SEGW Box, submit an appeal here (only after you have requested the maximum quantity in this portal).

Request Received and Request Confirmed emails will be sent to the Requester.

Gateway Shipped email, including the Activation link and SafeEntry Gateway device user guide, is sent to Requester and Recipient.
