1. Background

In connection with the increasing number of accidents that occurred recently and tomaintain safety in the field, we need a comprehensive prevention effort of the programand the safety of the employees is to prevent the accident itself. For that in order toincrease the motivation of employees to support the safety program in the workplace themanagement of PT. Huabei Petroleum Service is making an effort to be a gift that will begiven to each individual employee working in the field when achieving a good safetyperformance in the field.

Sehubungan dengan semakin banyaknya kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi belakangan ini dan untukmenjaga keselamatan kerja di lapangan maka diperlukan suatu upaya perncegahan secara

menyeluruh baik dari program keselamatan kerja maupun dari karyawan untuk mencegak

kecelakaan itu sendiri. Untuk itu dalam rangka meningkatkan motivasi karyawan untuk

mendukung program keselamatan kerja di lokasi kerja maka menejemen PT. Huabei Petroleum

Service dengan ini membuat suatu upaya berupa hadiah yang akan diberikan kepada tiap tiap

karyawan yang bekerja dilapangan apabila mencapai performance keselamatan kerja yang baik.
