Stock Market Game

Endeavor Elemenatry School, under the direction of classroom teacher, Mr. Kibby, had one team place in the Top 10 winning teams in the state in the Wisconsin Stock Market Game. The Stock Market Simulation Game helps students learn how to invest in the stock market without using real money. Students manage hypothetical $100,000 in on-line investment portfolios. The students think they're playing a game. They’re really learning economic and financial concepts they'll use for the rest of their lives. The program also teaches and reinforces critical thinking skills, decision-making skills, cooperation and communication skills, and research skills. The teams started the game with $100,000.00 to invest in stocks, bonds and mutual funds. Over 1,000 teams, in three divisions, from across Wisconsin participated in the Stock Market Simulation Game. Jenna Trimble, Keahna Amundson, Connor Allsage, and Sean Roberts were members Endeavor Elementary School’s winning team.
