The safety of our guests and the one of our employees matters the most! #safetytravel NEBULIZATION OF ROOMS AND COMMON AREAS e decontamination is performed by nebulization in all rooms and public spaces of the hotel, with specialized equipment and recommended solutions by Public Health, high power - this procedure has a periodicity checked daily. LIDO BY PHOENICIA OPERATES WITH STRICT HYGIENE MEASURES We rigorously and frequently sanitize all common areas, including the interior, elevator buttons, door handles, the reception desk and other areas with a high degree of contact, every 30 minutes. Protective panels are installed at the hotel reception. At the entrance we have a disinfectant carpet, thus, you enter a clean, sanitized environment for a very safe stay. At check-in, guests are invited to ll in the anti-Covid 19 form at their own risk. LIDO BY PHOENICIA RESPECTS PHYSICAL & SOCIAL DISTANCING Even if we have to keep the physical distancing, during your stay, our staff guarantees for a perfect hygienic-sanitary conditions. Floor markings are applied in the reception area and we have rearranged the furniture in the hallway to delimit and facilitate social distancing. Please keep a minimum distance of 1.5 m from other guests and employees. 1.5m Cleanliness will always be a priority for us. We always make sure that you are protected and stay safe with us. us, we disinfect and clean the areas with products approved by the Ministry of Health and WHO, those being products with a high degree of disinfection on virucidal, microbial, bactericidal, fungicidal, sporicidal. In front of the reception we installed a special panel for prevention measures Covid 19, with hand-held dispenser functionally based on sensor. During this period, washing the linens and towels is done using an increased amount of disinfectant products. LIDO BY PHOENICIA MONITORS THE TEMPERATURE OF EMPLOYEES AND GUESTS We check the temperature of our employees daily, before the start of the work shift. e guests will receive protective masks, gloves and an infrared thermometer to check their temperature. LIDO BY PHOENICIA PERIODICALLY TESTS THE EMPLOYEES e staff is periodically tested through both antigen and PCR tests. We have started the anti Covid vaccination procedure of our colleagues. Breakfast can also be served at Lido's Brasserie, with all security measures. Staff at Lido's Brasserie wear protective masks and gloves. BREAKFAST, LUNCH & DINNER AVAILABLE IN ROOM SERVICE REGIME e tables are placed in compliance with the new social distancing measures imposed, at a distance of 2 m from each other and are rigorously disinfected, after each customer. All raw materials are purchased from reliable sources and are sanitized before being processed. e Lido's Brasserie menu has been reduced so that we can ensure our guests only the consumption of fresh products.
