Enclosure Features:• Nema 1 and Nema 3R options• Phosphate treated prior to powder coated in customer specified colors without added cost• Optional Infrared (IR) inspection window for thermal scan • Constructed of 11-gauge mild steel with formed profiles/edges to provide greater strength and rigidity

Installation/Service Features:• Cable compartments are designed with ample wire-bending space to facilitate easy cable termination and installation• Designs for cable, bus duct riser, cable bus, cable duct and transformer connections • Safe front access due to fully isolated control and communication wiring sections• Bus provisions for future equipment install/expansion

Busbar Features:• 1000A sq in bolted copper bus provided as standard• Silver or Tin-plated and made from hard drawn, high conductivity copper• Busbar joints are torqued and double marked as standard procedure• Deburred edges and lug provisions on all busbar for safe, injury-free lug/cable connection• Enamel coated insulated bus and boots at joints for corrosion resistance and arc flash resistance

Custom Design Features:• Designs are able to accept breakers from most major manufacturers• Designs are able to work with all manufacturers of meter and control packages, including SAI custom metering package• Static bypass, ATS and distribution panels able to be integrated into switchgear line-ups• Integrate custom controls and SCADA systems• Designs for main and branch devices in single section
