used to host the calendars
for all MS1 and MS2 courses.
That is now moving to Sakai.

4. The Forums site
(http://forums.med.unc.edu)
used to host all of the
School of Medicine forums.
That is also now moving to Sakai.

5. This is what the forums site looked like:

6. SOMIDs are being phased out,
to be replaced with the
UNC ID: the ONYEN.

7. Sakai is the new home for the
forums and MS1/MS2
course calendars.

10. Other IT changes
There are also a number of other IT changes going
on now at the School of Medicine, including:
having more evaluations and grades in one45
the launch of the new online testing tool called MedSTARS
moving information from the School of Medicine database to PeopleSoft
and more.
