I worked 250 hours OT last year = $8000

Didnt get raise, 6% = $4000

Didnt get profit Sharing = $3000

Total not received = $15000

OT this year = 140 hours = $4300

Should be getting check for around $150k soon from Nucleus, can we make it right.

Provide saving of $5-10k per year on computer work

No one else knows Revit

No one else can really manage the projects that I do without being supervised

To replace would probably cost even more because someone with the amount of experience that I have would probably be older and want more money.

Ive cost RAI $600,000 over all the years Ive been here (all benefits included) and made over $2 million in earnings. Thats 30% of what Ive brought in.

Robin didnt forecast the coming year to see the lack of funds available

Robin doesnt know whats going on with the India office.

Robin gets paid for 5 hours per week that she doesnt work yoga and lunch

Robin purposefully sets hours so she doesnt have to be there to answer the phone in the afternoondoesnt have 40 hours worth of work to do..i have more than 40 and have to stay late

Mandy hasnt really helped with any of my projects didnt answer any questions on Nucleus or SRC from India office or arch

Not my fault we paid cash for India office. If Robin knew we were paying cash she should have forecast how we needed to alter spending

GET was not my fault for spending RAI money on a business that lost money.

My Pay = 30.5 /hrcost to RAI = 46/hrwithout raise and profshar = $42/hr

Dave/Geoffs pay = over $40/hr

Pay almost equal/hr to company but they were paid for every hour worked..im not.
