Meetings and Conferences

In order to facilitate the Corporate and Business Sector, the HAVENS have adequatelyequipped and well furnished Conference Room and Meeting Halls, where such eventscan be conducted with dignity. Meeting rooms are equipped with sound systems LCDMultimedia Projector, Fax, Flip Charts, Paper shredder, Overhead Projector and WirelessInternet etc.

MEETING CHARGES

Duration of a meeting is deemed to be 8 hours including lunch and tea breaks.During the meeting sessions participants will be served tea with cookies/sandwichesin the morning and evening in addition to lunch. Charges will be as under:-

a. Two main courses lunch Rs.600-per head.One main course lunch Rs.450/-per head.

b. Meeting Hall Rs. 3,000/- per day. For extended duration of a meeting Rs. 1000/-per

hour or part thereof.c. Multimedia if used: Rs.3500/-per day. Flip chart, markers etc per actual cost.

We at the HAVENSwill endeavor to serve you and facilitate your programs with a view tomake those successful events ending with grace.
