Reports→ Marketing→ Lead to Sale Summary Pulls the Estimate amount applied on the job where the Job Progresses equals ‘In Production’ (Example: WA/Contract Signed, In Production, On Hold, Work Completed, Invoiced, Collections, Paid in Full, etc.). Note: This can be determined by the Administrator of the application by going to Settings→ System Setup→ Settings→ Job Settings; Job Progress.

If they haven’t, they can set this up by going to Settings→ System Setup→ Employees→ click on the employee record then go to the Personal Information tab→ Yearly Sales Goal.
