Working in the Internal Sales Team and based at our new Widnes office, therole is telephone-based and you will be tasked with completing the full salesprocess from start to finish. You will work alongside our demonstration teamand will be the main source of new business working closely with theCustomer Service, Technical and Marketing teams to ensure revenue growthtargets and profitability.

Although the majority of business is won by cold calling, you will be provided withregular warm leads created by Marketing Activities.
Account Management/consultative sales experience in any industryIT literate with a strong track record of establishing customer relationships andgrowing accountsDriven, high level of energy, proactive, consultative, enthusiastic and target-orientatedExceptional customer care, strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal andwritten communicationFlexible to tailor approach and communication style to different customersPlanning and organisational skills to handle workload and to prioritise activitiesacross a large group of customers in a dynamic work environmentEnglish and Maths GCSE Grade C and above (or equivalent)Reliable and punctual
Prior IT sales experience/sales into the education sector is advantageous but fulltraining will be provided
