AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT AND MATERIAL IF DAMAGE OCCURS TO ANY OF THE EXISTING EQUIPMENT AND MATERIAL BELONGING TO THE HOTEL, REPLACEMENT COSTS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CLIENT. SPECIFICATIONS REGARDING WHAT IS NEEDED FOR EQUIP-MENT MUST BE REQUESTED IN ADVANCE. IF CLIENT CHOOSES TO INSTALL, BRING OR RENT EQUIPMENT FROM A THIRD PARTY, THE HOTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY OR PROVIDING ANY TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE.
SIGNAGEALL SIGNAGE MUST BE PLACED TO PREVIOUSLY AGREED
AREAS ONLY AND MUST NOT BE PLACED IN THE COMMON AREAS OR HOTEL AREAS OF HIGH TRAFFIC AND FLOW. HOTEL HAS THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY SIGNAGE, WHICH, DUE TO ITS SIZE, APPEARANCE OR LOCATION, IS NOT ADEQUATE TO ITS PLACEMENT. NO SIGNAGE OR DECORATION CAN BE PLACED IN FRONT OF FIRE EXTINGUISHERS, EMERGENCY EXITS OR SOURCES OF ENERGY AND/OR ELECTRICITY.
USAGE OF RESERVED AREAS NOTHING SHOULD BE POSTED ON PAVEMENTS, WALLS, CEILINGS OR COLUMNS WITH NAILS, SCREWS, PUSHPINS, ADHESIVE TAPE OR OTHER METHODS OF SUSPENSION. ANY REPAIR COSTS DUE TO DAMAGE ON HOTEL PREMISES OR EQUIPMENT ARE THE CLIENT’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY, AND WILL BE ADDED TO THE FINAL INVOICE OR A SEPARATE INVOICE. ADVERTISING AND USAGE OF HOTEL’S IMAGE AND LOGO ANY ADVERTISING OF EVENTS AT OUR HOTEL, AS WELL AS USAGE OF NAME AND LOGO, HAVE TO BE APPROVED BY HOTEL MANAGEMENT IN ADVANCE.

ANY ADVERTISING OF EVENTS AT OUR HOTEL, AS WELL AS
USAGE OF NAME AND LOGO, HAVE TO BE APPROVED BY HOTEL
MANAGEMENT IN ADVANCE.
ORDERS, PACKAGES AND PRINTED MATERIALSHOTEL MAY RECEIVE MATERIAL TO BE USED IN THE EVENT ON BEHALF OF CLIENT/EVENT PLANNER. ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE MADE AT HOTEL AND BE DULY IDENTIFIED WITH THE EVENT’S NAME AND DATE, CLIENT’S NAME/EVENT PLANNER, DATE OF EVENT AND A CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER. IF ASSISTANCE IS REQUIRED IN HANDLING MATERIAL, HOTEL WILL ADD A HANDLING FEE OF €35 PER HOUR, PER STAFF MEMBER. HOTEL WILL NOT ACCEPT C.O.D. DELIVERIES. ALL
MATERIALS AND PACKAGES MUST BE TAKEN BY CLIENT AT THE END OF THE EVENT.
