THE ROLE Serve as single, primary system administrator for Salesforce.com environment. Handle all basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, local reporting, dashboards, permission sets and other routine tasks. Manage core suite of local Salesforce reports, for distribution within the Sales department (producing, reviewing access levels regularly, removing unused or duplicate reports from the system, ensuring correct users in receipt of reports.) Manage scheduled bulk uploads in relation to Lead data, and ad-hoc in relation to new field creation in Salesforce, as required for reporting. Identify and liaise with the IT team on any reporting that is used for the wider business and ensure more complex reporting requests are directed down this process. Be the first point of call for any routine Salesforce queries around the business, (identifying and addressing any system bugs, or fall-downs in product, and validation of data contained within the Salesforce system) identifying and resolving user error. Liaise and support the IT team with data errors that impact the wider business systems and reporting. Liaise and support the relevant teams to ensure data within Salesforce meets Bryt Energy’s GDPR policy, primarily making the required Salesforce updates as requested. Work closely with functional leaders, organisation units and subject matter experts, to identify, develop and deploy Salesforce improvements. Work with the marketing team to develop CRM and reporting requirements and be the key link between Salesforce and Force24, understanding the full marketing-sales journey end to end in both systems. Responsible for the end-to-end project management and implementation of small-scale Salesforce improvements (those which do not touch other core systems or are large enough to justify Project status). This will include building a business case if required with the sponsor; including cost analysis and confirmation of budget capabilities and timelines; in-depth analysis of request and knock-on effect to current processes and affected fields in Salesforce, liaison with other departments across the business, prioritisation of requests, and management of business required deadlines, before then making the technical changes to the system. Work alongside our internal BA on large scale projects if necessary, understanding the data which integrate with other business systems and the impact changes could have on those systems or wider processes, and being able to identify and support the application of these changes to the project board. Full responsibility for implementing any changes in Salesforce (even those managed as part of wider Change Forum projects) once approved by relevant management teams, and rigorously tested in the sandbox system. Attend and represent Sales team as Salesforce Product owner at Change Forum meetings, providing updates to IT Director and other departments. SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR

THE ROLE - CONTINUED• Manage and implement the end-to-end Salesforce improvement journey. Ensure

where possible all improvements and updates are made in-house, but where not possible, owning the overall relationship with the third-party management company. On small-scale Salesforce improvements, this will be managing deadlines with them, seeking budget confirmation, and managing this relationship directly. On larger projects, change processes and escalations, you will work alongside IT, who will instead manage these elements with the third party.

• Attend weekly forums and events within the Salesforce community to continually develop learning and system capabilities. Drive own advancement and increased qualification within Salesforce modules.
