Project 1:

Project : Design and develop a managed package to improve communication between customer and service agent

Period : 2 months

Product : Service Cloud

Customer is a Salesforce.com ISV from US. The customer has a communication platform (mostly SMS). My role included designing and building a managed package mobile app. The project focus was to simplify communication between customer and customer support representative using a mobilefunctionality. This functionality was built using Lightning components and also on Salesforce Classic.

This project also included integration with ISV’s core communication servers using REST API to authenticate the users.

Project 2 : Improving quality of education in rural India using Salesforce.com

Period : 3 Months

Product : Force.com

Customer was a CSR department of India’s largest steel manufacturer. The project was named “1000 Schools” and our customer CSR program vision is to improve effectivenessand quality of education in rural India.

My project role as a developer was to build a system to centralize all school data, school information (especially children, parents, staff and teachers). Once the data was centralized, we started driving various activities, daily and weekly intervention data (especially students and teacher attendance, mid-day meal provisions, electricity, furniture,playground, games available) and host of custom reports for analysis

The system also captures village demographics and panchayat information for ourcustomer to conduct local awareness programs.

This is one of my favorite project and the thing which I liked the most is that our systemcaptures skills of students (like dance, signing etc) and provide adequate support for child to groom in their area of interest.

Project 3: Improving Sales cloud for an existing Salesforce.com customer

Period: 1 Month

Product: Sales Cloud (Enhancement)

Customer is one of the pioneers in remote infrastructure management services. The cus-tomer is using Salesforce.com CRM from 3 years. The project is driven by CEO’s office tobuild an automated sales target analysis report. The report will compute the target vs. actual and the pipeline and share what’s the progress and identify the gap. The target andactual is analyzed in a complex multi-view hence the need for custom report and .PDF foreffective review.

The system also provised for team managers with roll-up of team data and also for

individual performers. The system share an automated .PDF in an email for effective review

and analysis.
