13. Click on the border of the SmartArt diagram placeholder to select the placeholder, which selects everything within the placeholder. Change the font size to 24 points.

14. Insert a hyphen between the two “m”s in “Accommodations” so that the word is split at this location. The slide will look like this:

15. Near the upper-left side of the Venn diagram, insert a text box. To do this, click on the Insert Tab and choose Shapes. Select the textbox shape (first shape in first row).

16. Click in the upper left hand corner of the slide to insert the textbox. The textbox will expand as you add text to it. Type the phrase The Intersection of Success. Change the text to 20 point with Light Green, Accent 2 font color.

18. Use the Arrow shape (second option in the Lines section) to draw an arrow from the text box to the center of the Venn diagram where the three circles overlap, and then change its color to Black, Background 1 by using the Shape Outline button in the Shape Styles group on the Drawing Tools Format tab.

19. Click on the border of the Venn diagram to select the placeholder. Click on the Animations tab and animate the Venn diagram using the entrance animation Grow & Turn.

20. Click on the Effect Options button and select One by One.

21. Click on the text box and add the animation effect Wipe. Click on Effect Options and choose From Left.

22. Click on the arrow and apply the Wipe Effect and the From Left Option. Click on the drop down arrow next to Start in the Timing Group and choose With Previous.

23. On Slide 3 ("Scottish Promotional Package"), click on the Home Tab and change the layout to Two Content. Insert a clip art of your choice that reflects travel (for example, a picture of luggage or an airplane), and then resize and reposition the clip art to fit nicely on the right side of the slide. (See the final figure for an example of how this should look.) If the clip art you chose is a bitmapped graphic, change its color to Sky Blue, Accent color 3 Light.
