Background

The team has taken the initiative to streamline administrative processes such as tracking completion and correctness of employee timesheet, generation of monthly invoice for the customer, monitoring recruitment and on-boarding of employees, monitor resource status, a single point to search for employee information, monitor personal development plans of employees and track trainings, etc.
