My current education at McMaster University has provided me with technical academic and hands-on laboratory electrical experience in: electronic devices, circuits, energy conservation, microprocessors, oscilloscopes, drawing, and C# programming. In addition, I have completed multiple business courses in finance, organization behavior, and project management which will contribute to my success in understanding your organization. My analyzing skills are proven through my completed courses in mathematics and statistics. Furthermore, I have gained excellent communication skills while working as a Cashier at Titles Bookstore in servicing customers to provide the utmost customer service. I am confident that I would be a successful addition to Engineering Company Inc. Recently, Engineering Company Inc. won the Service Retailer of the Year Award in Customer Service at the National Retailing Conference in Toronto.
