DECLARATION OF CHOLATEE KOMOL

I, Cholatee Komol, hereby declare and state as follows:

1. That I have personal knowledge of these facts set forth herein, I am over 18 years of age and if

called upon as witness, I could and would competently testify hereto in a court of law.

2. I filed for relief under Chapter 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code on February 15, 2010.

Under case number 2:10-bk-15274-VZ.

3. At the time of filing, my residence was, and continues to be, a single family home located at

14974 Goodhue Street, Whittier, CA 90604.

4. I claimed an Exemption under C.C.P. Section 703.104(b)(1) in the amount of $1.00. A true and

correct copy of my schedule “C” is attached hereto as Exhibit “1”.

5. That at the time of filing my case, Tai Hsiung Huang, a real estate appraiser conducted an

evaluation of my home and concluded that the fair market value of my home was $370,000.

Attached as Exhibit “2” is a true and correct copy of the appraisal report.

6. BAC Home Loans Servicing LP is the beneficiary of a note secured by a first deed of trust on my

home. The principal balance owing BAC Home Loans Servicing LP is approximately

$451,451.00. Attached hereto as Exhibit “3” is a true and correct copy of BAC Home Loans

Servicing LP’ deed of trust.

7. JPMorgan a/k/a Chase is the beneficiary of a note secured by a second deed of trust on my home.

The principal balance owing JPMorgan a/k/a chase is approximately $57,059.74. Attached hereto

as Exhibit “4” is a true and correct copy of Proof of claim.

8. Vichit and Wanthong Sitthigarana recorded an Abstract of Judgment (the “Lien”) on July 24,

2008, securing their judgment against me in the amount of $62,111.06. I am the obligator in

connection whit the debt owed to Vichit and Wanthong Sitthigarana and the lied filed against me.

A true and correct copy of the Abstract of Judgment is attached hereto as Exhibit “5”

9. The lien impairs my Exemption.
