Sample Deliverables: Literature Kickstarter

Overview: This document provides a sample of what you can expect to receive when we undertake a literature

kickstarter for your research project.

We deliver each literature kickstarter project with three main components:

1. A literature catalogue (Excel format) containing an overview of the literature.

2. A folder containing PDF versions of all recommended literature.

3. A reference manager file (BIB format), which you can import directly into your reference

management software (e.g. Mendeley, Zotero, etc)

Sample – Literature Catalogue: The Excel-based catalogue lists all recommended literature, along with the following details:

• Author, date and title information

• Recommended categories

• A copy of the abstract or executive summary (when available)

• Our own notes highlighting the relevance or usefulness of each article

This catalogue can be used at the base for your literature review, allowing you to keep your

literature organised and easily scannable as you build up your review.

Sample – PDF articles/resources: All recommended literature will be bundled into a folder for easy access, as shown below.
