Mushroom Ragout Earthy mushrooms tossed with whole grain pasta.

Juicy Jerk Chicken Roti + Baby Lettuce Salad Succulent pieces of boneless jerk chicken wrapped in a roti with a side of steam veggies: cabbage & carrots. *Jerk chicken

is non-spicy.* Served with a side of baby lettuce in our signature dressing.

Turkey Sandwich + Carrot Soup Succulent turkey breast served with sauerkraut, carmelized onions, lettuce, tomato, sprouts on rye bread with a side of

gravy. A carrot soup simmered with fragrant spices of cinnamon, cumin, allspice, cayenne pepper and accents of coriander. 

Vegetarian Lasagna An array of mixed veggies: broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, bell peppers, kale layered with whole grain noodles, ricotta and

mozzarella in a tomato sauce. Served with a side of green salad.
