A License is hereby granted by the WATER AND SEWERAGE AUTHORITY

to POOR MAN KANTA

of EL SOCORRO EXTENSION ROAD, SAN JUAN

To operate as a Licensed Sanitary Constructor in Trinidad and

Tobago, to construct, execute, repair or perform work in connection

with house sewers and water closets in accordance with the

provisions of the Water and Sewerage Act N o 16 of 1965

This License may be cancelled or suspended by the Authority in

its sole discretion where the Licensee is guilty of misconduct in

the performance of his duties under the said Act
