About SITEThe School has about 4,200 students and around 160  committed  members  of  the  faculty,  apart from many visiting professors and distinguished professionals  from  the  industries and academia. The  prime  focus  is  to  promote  the  effective integration  of  technology  with  state‐of‐the‐art facilities  in  teaching  and  research  activities. Research programs of the school aim to establish a  strong  component  of  practical  engagement with private  enterprises.  The  school offers M.S. (by  research),  Ph.D.  programs,  M.Tech[IT], B.Tech[IT],  M.S[Software Engineering],  MCA, M.Sc.[ST],  M.Tech[ST],  BCA  and  B.Sc. [Multimedia and Animation],  M.Tech [SDM] and a  highly  specialized  program  for  Cognizant Technology  Solutions.  The  programs  are designed  to  cater  to  the  ever  changing  needs and demand of the IT industry.

Workshop Aim and Objectives

The objective of the workshop is to bring experts from  Industries  to  discuss  and  share  their expertise  and  ideas  about  .Net  technologies  & recent  trends  in  the  field  of WEB  and  provide demonstration in the related topics.

About Division

The primary Goal of the Soft Computing Division is  to  carry  out  the  research,  in  the  field  of Computational  Techniques  which  study,  model and analyze very complex systems for which the conventional  methods  have  not  yielded  best solution,  with  emphasis  on  context  and semantics  that  allows  an  acceptable  degree  of imprecision.  The  division  also  focuses  on  the major  research  areas  like  fuzzy  logic,  artificial intelligence, neural networks and  robotics.   The division  also  takes  keen  interest  on  all  industry related   activities in the areas of soft computing. We have eminent team of  faculty members who are dedicated to work in all the endeavours.
