Promoted by SHAH and MOTASHA family, presently run by 3rd & 4th

generation.

The Origin

The Benefits

Being mainly black in colour, it absorbs very high heat and therefore seatcovers exposed to sunlight become very hot to temperatures as high as 85– 90◦C whereas and the ambient temperature is around 42 - 45 ◦C. Due tothis, for the rider it is most uncomfortable to ride on the two wheeler.

When the rider sits on the hot seat cover, the heat transfers to the rider.The body temperature is generally at 37◦C. If the temperature of the bodygoes up, then the body perspires. The sweat reduces the temperature ofthe body but decreases comfort. It is difficult to wipe the sweat from thearea while riding.

Due to the sweat, hygiene is also one of the problem. There are cases ofskin diseases, especially in the groin area.

The seat also becomes slightly slippery due to this reason and can make arider, accident prone.

Major Problems in 2 Wheeler Seat Covers

The normal seat cover also has a bigger problem of wrinkles and thestitches opening up. This results into the cracking & tearing of the seat andalso water seepage right through the seat.

On an average it is observed that the rider changes the seat quite oftenbased on the seasons. During the rainy season the rider spends money onplastic cover, in summer to avoid heat they use fabric and indirectly thecost is very high.

Since Leather Cloth is difficult to recycle, multiple seat cover replacementsmake it very environmentally unfriendly.

JOYRIDE SEAT COVER – A SOLUTION

Natroyal Group, keeping in mind the continuous unresolved problem ofunbearably hot black seat covers for two wheelers in summer, continuousriders sweat on sitting area, poor scratch resistance, low durability …….

Developed for the first time, a Seat Cover for two wheelers using PhaseChange Material technology together with other special additives.

This product was launched in early 2012 and today we have more than 2.0Lakhs satisfied customers.

JOYRIDE SEAT COVER – A SOLUTION Product launched after 2 years of Research & Development.

The product has special Heat Reflective Pigments, which reflects the heat. Thisresults into the reduction in temperature of the exposed Leather Cloth by up to 12– 15 degrees centigrade.

The product is incorporated with Phase Change Material (PCM Technology) whichreduces the sweat by controlling the micro-climate of the body. This technologywas developed for the first time by a company called “Outlast” for NASA and nowit is used by them in various products & applications.

The product also has special other Additives and Lacquers which makes the SeatCover scratch & damage resistant.
