• Question: Summer is around the corner and what do we do with our kids?!Answer: San Pablo HOA is working on having more sports equipment built in the park! How can YOU help? If you haven’t paid your HOA dues yet, please do. We need all HOA dues to be able to move forward with the basketball construction project and try to get it done by summer. As of March 22, 2010 over 30 homeowners have not paid their dues. That equals to more than $7,500 in unpaid dues. If you want to see San Pablo grow and become a better community to live in we needs your HOA dues.
