renowned for its structural integrity and energy efficiency ratings, as are the

Vulcraft floor systems. Roof terraces are also reinforced concrete which will

also minimise sound and heat. Double glazed and hurricane-rated Winguard

PGT windows will offer excellent protection from the elements.

The overall feel will be Mediterranean with design features including, but by

no means limited, to hand-crafted wrought iron gates to the private courtyard,

terracotta roof tile details, walled gardens, and top floor roof terraces with a

casual yet sophisticated atmosphere. Entrances will be welcoming and the

extensive terraces offer privacy and seclusion plus the chance to relax at your

THE CHOICEThere is a choice of five different floor plans, all with an emphasis on

carefully planned interiors and outside living, making the most of the

internal space and surrounding environment.

grade appliances, and solid wood cabinetry come as standard. In keeping
