Subject: Financial Sanction of Rs. 10,000 for purchase of Reflectors and reflection tape.

The Estate Officer, PAU Ludhiana is requested to kindly accord the financial sanction of Rs. 10,000 for purchase of following items for road safety in the university:1. Reflector with steel pipe (Model-DA 74)= 5 Nos.2. Circular Reflectors(Model-DA956)= 10 Nos.3. Circular Reflectors(Model-DA957)= 10 Nos.4. 150 Tape Roll (2 width) = 2 Nos.There is need of reflectors at various chownks and other locations in the university so that drivers can be warned from a safe distance. The expenditure shall be met from the scheme in which funds are available.
