Art is one of the interesting field to be

done. This is because art is divided into

several branches, such as music, fashionand other art. Through art, people can

produce beautiful works of various genres

and interests. The results of this art can be

saved to make a personal collections, meetthe leisure time and even sold to increase

income.

However, the art of sand that has long

existed rarely get public attention. Hence,

we decided to form sand art clubs for nomore such clubs in the institute. We do

hopes that the establishment of this club

can help to develop more talents andinterests of students of this institute in the

field of art.

Art can be used in teaching and

learning (P & P) while in school.

Cost is reasonable and appropriate tothe ability of the trainee teachers.

Club members have the opportunity to visitthe beaches around Malaysia.

Participation is open to all students of IPGKampus Bahasa Melayu.

The minimum age limit for joining the club is 18years old.

A participation fee is RM20 per person.

An active member of the club can compete to bethe highest committee member.

Annual meeting will be held twice a year.

Meeting may be convened at any time as

needed.

Each club member must attend each meeting.

Duration of membership is not limited as long as

these members have not completed their studies.

Any resignation must be given notice at least

three weeks earlier.

organization.

Must follow the right step.

Paperwork is important to establish a new club.

Sand Art Club focuses on the activities of sand

animation, sand bottles and sand sculpture.

I hope that the proposal to establish this club

can be considered better and acceptable.
