Taking you through a series of informative and fun exercises, the training can be completed at your own pace, and can take place over as many sessions as you like. Simply log-on when you’re ready to complete another module. � ere are 6 modules for Sandals and 7 for Beaches to complete at your leisure. � ere are also modules to help you fi nd out more about our 2 Grand Pineapple Beach Resorts. � e programme saves your results so you can complete the training bit by bit.

� e Sandals Luxury Included® Stars programme is designed to benefi t agents and agencies. With an ongoing process of substantial sales & marketing support, it pays product education, resources, and to be a Sandals star in a big way.

Amounts shown are totals if banked at each level. Bookings have to be made between 1 January and 31 December of the same year to be applicable. Please note: Agencies receive up to a maximum of £500 per calendar year. Certain promotions may not qualify for stars. Terms and conditions apply

1. Contact your Business Development Manager2. Your Business Development Manager will then send you a Call Report and confi rm the amount.

� e Sandals Luxury Included® Stars programme gives you a host of added benefi ts to reward you for your eff orts, and thank you for supporting Sandals. � e programme is as easy as 1, 2, 3 - with 3 levels for both travel agents at an individual level, and for you and your colleagues at a shop level, so you benefi t twice! With each booking you earn STARS, one for a Deluxe category booked, two for a Concierge category booked, and three for a Butler category booked.

As your bookings add up, so do your stars, and once you accumulate at least 5 stars, you start reaping the rewards. Best of all, stars can be accumulated in any manner: so whether you make 5 Deluxe Room bookings, OR one Concierge and one Butler booking, you will still receive the same benefi ts. Plus, your stars and your colleagues stars in the same agency all add up, so you’re rewarded TWICE for your eff orts. Like Sandals rooms/suites, the fi rst level of recognition is Deluxe, followed by Concierge for those agents making more bookings, and fi nally Butler for the real star bookers out there! � e Sandals Luxury Included® Stars programme will run on an annual basis - from January to December, and you must claim your rewards by 28th February the following year.

To qualify for the Sandals Luxury Included® Stars programme, you must complete both Sandals and Beaches online training programmes at least once annually, as well as register ALL your bookings at www.sellingsandals.co.uk

To qualify as a Concierge level you must also attend at least one SABTA training annually as well as attend a minimum of one roadshow in your area. To achieve a Butler level you also need to create a simple marketing plan together with your Business Development Manager.
