In 2013, I held the role of Office Manager; due to the departure of the SR HR Coordinator and the promotion of the Benefits Manager to Associate HR Director, I was offered and accepted the role of Benefits Manager. I successfully managed the increased workload resulting from the combination of the roles of the departing SR HR Coordinator, the transitioning Benefits Manager along with the tasks from my role as Office Manager. My career history is marked by successes in managing and enhancing several organizational initiative programs such as; ISOS, Employee Assistance Program, Mother’s Room, Sick room, and Employee Lunch & Learn sessions; transforming the OSI Lunch program into an employee engagement tool and re-structuring the Bard Hall/Housing program process while streamlining procedures and generating new initiatives and vendor discount relationships geared towards supporting and providing resources to the whole employee achieving an integrated work life balance Successfully provided coaching and conflict resolution to OSI support staff as it applies to internal issues and misunderstandings to promote and ensure smooth functionality among colleagues. Provide guidance to OSI programs as needed in regards to requests for time off, attendance recordkeeping, and staff related issues Developed International SOS membership list database which allows for the efficient monitoring of all enrolled members located in the global network – over 800 members; created automated database to track yearly costs and membership numbers for budgeting purposes. Manage all aspects of the ISOS yearly renewal, including administration and coordination of training. Successfully worked with the Associate Deputy Director and the HR Officer to research, recommend & implement International SOS Traveler Risk Management Solution - Travel Tracker system. Developed and created the company wide Tuition Assistance program from a manual tuition assistance application system to a fully automated system which allows for better tracking ability and accuracy.
