Wellim’s Way ProjectBed & Breakfast and Aparthotel
This building was renovated from a family home with the purpose of creating :
one bed&breakfast room
two aparthotelswith all amenities
one duplex with garden
Time: 12 monthsI redesigned the building (drawing plans, selected and purchased all materials and decoration). I was always on site and oversaw the work in progress until completion.
Wellim’s Way is located in the centre of Bruxelles - Belgium. The house (300 sq. meters) was built in 1883, the traditional “Maison de Maître”, decorated with a mixture of antiques and contemporary pieces.

Pre-Kindergarten playground equipment
The children drew what they thought would be great in the playground. I integrated their drawings and ideas into the final plan.
House - Rue du prétoire
Work done• Basement totally stripped and treated (dry rot)• Creation of a natural ventilated wine-cellar• Stripped and painted all the walls (200 sq. meters)• All floors stripped, sanded and oiled.• Bathroom space re-designed.• Converted a storage room into a shower room
with wc.• Converted the attic space into a studio.
During the renovation, dry rot was discovered in the basement, which needed intensive treatment. Therefore this increased the cost and prolonged the timing of the project.
The renovation of an appartment, which included: -electricty, -plumbing-new bathroom (80 x 160cm) -kitchen (150 x 230cm)
