INTRODUCTION

• When faced with a challenge, the Contributor’s first

response is: “Can we find a solution?”

• This is unlike a Non-contributor who may respond to

the challenge by trying a little and giving up, blaming

others, or finding excuses to cover up the issue.

• But this is not all. The Contributor also finds a

solution. In other words, the Contributor develops the

capacity to find solutions through continuous practice

and learning from other Contributors.

I select the teacher who doest care of his life and continuously

gives guide and knowleged to the students and other peoples in his

life.

My Contributory personality is :- Mr.kamlesh Makwana

BORN : 09/07/1985

He is working in vidhya vihar high school as a teacher since

2004.

His working field is in science and technology and mathematics.

o Mr. makwana is very well known for his honesty.

o He did not encouraged corruption.

kamlesh makwana is very empathic.

He understands others feelings and also encouraged other students in

his career.

He himself keeps him into other person and thinks and also

understands his feeling.

I realized that I must improve this quality so that I can make

my future bright.

He always thinks about the future of students in his life.

He wished for a better career for students.

I started to set my goals and to have vision on my future.

So that I can lead my life happily in my future.

o Makwana sir justices to every one equally in his life.

o He is fair to every students and each and every teacher of his school.

Makwan learned not to show partiality to anyone so that he

can avoid disputes and other mis behaviour.

Motivating

He is a good motivator.

He simply motivated many people and students by his speech.

He gives good examples with the speech it makes the people and student

more attentive.

I learned how to motivate by giving examples and I also learnt

the importance of motivation in my life.

Straight forward

Mr.makwana is very frank person if he does not like anything he just leave that

thing or matter and not to touch that again.

He is straight forward because he does not want people to miss-understanding

him.

I adopted the frankness from sir kamlesh makwana.so that I can

avoid misuderstanding and mis-guide to other peoples.

Imaginative

• Mr. kamlesh makwana is very imaginative because he imagined a better

schooling for the students and he also worked very hard to make it possible.

I learned to make appropriate changes in my thinking, plans, and method

and to show creativity by thinking of new and better goals, ideas, and

solutions to problems. I learned to be innovative!

Never ending winning spirit

He does not give up anything which he fails he repeat that act until he get success in his life.

He concentrates only to the success of the students in his life.

I motivated his never ending spirit, dedication to work, loyalty to country, always adapting with group and maintaining balance in group.

Courage

He has the perseverance to accomplish his goal to see the better future of

students.

It won’t be exaggeration to say that kamlesh makwana prove to be the best

teacher for all the students of his school and best guide to the students and other

peoples also.
