After working for three years he got into Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and got a Post Graduate Diploma in Management.

Sanjeev after his PG left a fairly comfortable job marketing Horlicks at HMM (now known as GlaxoSmithKline

In 1990 to set up two companies Indmarkand Info Edge.

In 1997, Sanjeev set up Naukri.com, jobs portal on a server in the United States,

and later Quadrangle, an offline executive Search business.

Current: CEO at info edge India ltd (naukri.com,jeevansathi.com,99acers.com,

naukrigulf.com, quadrangle) Past: Product executive at HMM Account executive at lintas. Better known by its website naukri.com is today sitting over a business worth Rs.45crore with 600 employees and 35offices all over the country.

Naukri. com is a job site operating in India founded by Sanjeev Bikhchandani in March 1997 It publishes a monthly report called Naukri.

After the launching of IPO of Info Edge in 2006, jumped 85% on its debut, he and his wife Surabhi were worth Rs 722 crore.

He was selected as a finalist for "Ernst and Young - Entrepreneur of the Year" award in 2005.
