Corporate social responsibility (CSR) refers to companies taking

responsibility for their impact on society. As evidence suggests, CSR is

increasingly important to the competitiveness of enterprises. It can bring

customer relationships, human resource management, and innovation

capacity.

Promoting CSR, the European Commission aims to create favorable

conditions for sustainable growth, an ethically responsible business

Education at all levels and for each employee: define paths for professional

growth and support them with training also targeted at university level.

We facilitate, in line with the career path of each employee, participation in

master and highly specialized courses related developments of the regulatory

and scientific reference, the regulation of the sector, the goals of the

pharmaceutical market.

But even we value the skills already acquired by consolidating the levels

achieved with training of maintenance.

28 new projects and new activities within existing roles;

special projects and activities including Change Management and Lean

Six-Sigma.
