SANS presents the fourth SANS CyberTalent Fair (formerly called the National
Cybersecurity Career Fair), a virtual event to connect leading companies with
talented cybersecurity professionals and jobseekers. Virtual career fairs to date have
included over 8,000 jobseeker registrants and 34 unique participating employers.
In addition to the employer booths with one-on-one and group chat, the
November 2015 SANS CyberTalent Fair will feature special resource centers for
Veterans and women in cybersecurity, with information about the SANS VetSuccess
Immersion Academy and SANS Women’s Immersion Academy. This event is
a unique opportunity for companies to connect with cyber talent in a virtual
environment. The program also includes pre-event and post-event email marketing
as well as post-event talent matching assistance to ensure participating employers
connect with the cyber talent that fit their needs.

1Pre-screen job applicantsJob applicants will be pre-screened using the SANS CyberTalent Test (CTT) and other metrics allowing you to contrast applicants’ technical skill levels. The SmartQueue tool will smartly prioritize candidates based on how good a fit they are for specific jobs, and filter the best matched candidates to the top of your queue.
2Interact with Cybersecurity AudienceYou have the opportunity to directly engage with current and future job applicants from the cybersecurity professional community via web chat, social media, video, group discussion, & more. Our new virtual career fair software includes a dynamic chat with viewable profiles and resumes, as well as next steps mechanisms to facilitate follow-up emails, interviews, etc. with candidates.
3Post-Event Talent MatchingSANS CyberTalent Fair employers will receive access post-event talent matching support. This will include emails promoting new job vacancies, access to an online searchable candidate database, and data mining by SANS staff to identify registrants who fit company positions.

Veterans and Womens’ Resource Centers• SCTF will have special resource center to

The SANS CyberTalent Fair (SCTF) is a virtual career fair event that is
