1 Santa Ana College OTA Library Books Fall 2014 As mentioned in the SAC OTA Library Resources and Services Fall 2014 report, creating a comprehensive list of OTA-related books is difficult. Our college library supports the academic needs of the following allied health programs: OTA, Nursing, Pharmacy Technology, and Medical Assisting. These programs use similar reference resources, e.g., medical terminology terms, medical dictionaries, medical signs and symptoms books, medication books, as well as resources that address the needs of patients with specific medical conditions. The OTA books on this list were retrieved by entering “occupational therap*” as a keyword, and/or subject term, but there are other books missing from this list that support the academic needs of the OTA program. It is also important to note that students of the program use the Nealley Library databases for the most current, and most specific OTA resources.
