Preliminary Timetable:
The completion of Phase A’ and part of Phase B’
has been preliminary determined to be held by
2019. Our endeavor is to accelerate the licensing
of the development for hotel and Casino in order
to be completed simultaneously.

PROJECT INFRASTRUCTURE
• There is a comprehensive public water supply.
These reservoirs serve the community, the residential and resort area, as well as the whole project in general. Relevant confirmation has been given from the Competent Authority.
• There are two private licensed boreholes that
fully satisfy the irrigation of the 27.000 trees that have been planted, so that the existing green area will not only be maintained but further enhanced.
• Road Network (Public and Private length 5km) The main proposed Public Road within the
development of width 11 to 13 meters and length 2.5km has been asphalted. The asphalting of a width of 5.5km was made in order to provide improved accessibility to the project during any construction works which are necessary for the completion as well as presentation of the project.

BENEFITS FROM THE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
• 500 new job positions will be created during
Phase A’ and B’. • The hotel is considered to be the pinnacle of
the development. Located at the highest point of the project, it enjoys panoramic views towards the mountain and sea, and hopefully, will be completed concurrently with Phase A’.
• Casino and Suites for Sale: We aspire that
Grand Unfied Advances Documents will have the opportunity in the future to be licensed with Casino.
