Using the Campaign Wizard, you can add Target Groups and define the BP’s for that Target Group.

Launch the Campaign Wizard, Tab through the Target Group Field, Select New

Double Click on the Target Group you wish to add BP’s to.

You will then see the Target Group detail

Select an existing Target group or select new to add one

Select Next

On the Target BP’s screen

Press Tab through the BP Code field to have the BP Master list brought up

This is where you will define which BP’s to add to that target group

Use the Filter Function by right Clicking and selecting Filter Table, Select your Search Criteria

Filter OK

Only BP with the BP Program Type of Nurse are selected

Select Choose to add them into the Target Group Detail and Update

You can also add in another BP that is not part of the target group or import an excel list

You can also use the Import Function to import new leads into the system from excel

Select Update>Ok

Select>Next

Selecting Next, gives you the option to launch the Campaign or save it

The Campaign Options are defined as follows

Send Email Using Microsoft Office Outlook

The application adds the Word template you specify into the e-mail as an attachment.

This option sends the Campaign email with the customers as blind cc’d.

This way you can email form a generic email address and your customer list will not be

shared or visible.

Send Email Using SAB Business one Mail (Recipients Addresses Appear in the To/CC fields)

This option will have the email address visible.

In this case, I selected email Using Outlook

The customers email is in the BCC field

The campaign template I choose is embedded in the email

Using SAP Email

From the Send Message Window Select>Add Recipient

Notice that you have the Option of selecting the Default Contact or all the contacts.

Now all the contacts for those BP’s are now selected

Check the Box for only those contacts you wish to email. Select OK>

Add text to the Message Box,

You can save the list of contacts as a distribution list to use for another campaign

Select Send>Cancel>close

When you send out the Email Campaign, an activity is added to that Business Partner

Notice the Activity type is Campaign and the Remarks is the Campaign name

By selecting the yellow arrow next to the Activity number

The activity created for the Campaign can be seen on the Linked Document tab

From the BP Master Record you can also see all Campaigns assigned to that customer

SAP does not out of the box create a follow-up for the activity created by the campaign.

Use the Find Feature in Campaigns to list the BP for that campaign. .

From here you track the lead by selecting the Document Type.

In the Document Number Column – Press Tab to show the Open Documents for that Document type.

Note the second BP in the campaign has Sales Quotations Selected; however they do not have a Sales

Select new to Create a new Sales Quote from the Campaign

When you add the Sales Quote – it is now linked to the campaign.

Create your selection Criteria and Press OK

The report details the Reponses, Leads, Opportunities and Wins generated by the Campaign.
