You receive a complaint concerning one of your products identifying an issue by any

media and any party, and are now looking to investigate the product genealogy(ies)

that are or may be in question

Global Batch Traceability provides you with central corporate tool to facilitate the

conduct of enterprise-wide investigations and reporting....


...You would now enter the SAP Global Batch Traceability search

screen and search for a batch ID...


You have the ability to personalize your searches and save those

based on selection attributes
