The Plant
• Sapa Profiles India Pvt. Ltd. acquired the extrusions division of Alufit India in Q1, 2011
• The plant is located at Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh
• The plant covers a total area of 146,000 sq. m.

Extrusions Press
• The extrusions unit currently has one UBE press installed in 2008
• The press has a cylinder size of 8 inches and a press force of 2,250 MT
• Annual capacity at the plant is 10,000 tonnes
• Currently the plant extrudes sections in alloys 6063, 6060, 6061, 6082 and 6101

Anodising unit
• 17 tank process
• Capacity of 3,000 tonnes per annum
• Thickness – 5 to 25 microns
• 4 shades
Powder Coating unit
• Capacity of 4,000 tonnes per annum
• Thickness
• Powder coating 60 to 80 microns
• PVDF 35 to 45 microns

Fabrication Unit
• Sapa Profiles India Private Limited, incorporated in June 2010.
• Located in Bommasandra Industrial Area Bangalore, with an initial investment of Rs.10_crores with plant size – 1,600 sq m.
• Commenced commissioning of machines and trial production from December 13, 2010
