SITUATION• Increased interest in Photography in youngsters due to

Camera phones• Observed a lot of students in my university interested in

photography and could suggest improvements due to a short course in photography that I had taken a few years back

ACTION• Opened a photography club in my university• Arranged weekly Photo walks• Organized a basic photography workshop with the help of

City’s Photography club

RESULT• A popular club• Group sharing and leanings• Improved skills• In the 2nd year University hired a visiting faculty to teach

photography (a professional photographer!) for the club due to the popularity
